First, structural characteristics
The main body of the guide rail is a circular arc curve structure, which can realize arc motion at any angle from 0 ° to 360 °
Common forms: arc sliding guide, arc rolling guide, arc linear slide
Drive with slider, roller, rack and pinion or timing belt
It can be spliced into a whole circle in a single section, or it can be made into a small arc to achieve steering and indexing

1. Curved rolling guide
· The ball/roller rolls in the arc raceway, with little friction and smooth movement
· High positioning accuracy, smooth movement, suitable for high speed, light medium load
· Mostly used for precision turntables, indexing mechanisms, and automated production lines
2. Curved sliding guide
· Direct sliding contact of the guide surface, high rigidity and large load
· Good damping, impact resistance, suitable for heavy-duty, low-speed rotating tables
· Common in machine tool rotary table, indexing disc, heavy rotating device
