Core structure (three-stage expansion)
The standard single deep fork adopts a three-section nested rigid structure:
Lower fork (fixed section)
Base, rigidly bolted to stacker platform
Built-in motor, gear reducer, drive and guide rail
Middle fork (middle section)
Motion transition arm to achieve one-stage telescopic
Precision linear guide/roller meshes with upper and lower fork
Upper fork (front fork/bearing section)
Directly lift pallets/goods, perform pick-and-place actions
Surface wear-resistant treatment, equipped with cargo spacing stopper
Second, the working principle (differential drive)
The core is single motor drive, synchronous differential telescopic (stroke doubling):
Extension: motor drive → middle fork out about 1/2 of its own length → upper fork extends synchronously, total stroke Technologies fork body length
Pickup: The fork extends under the pallet → the cargo platform is slightly raised → the fork is retracted.
Inventory: Fork with goods into the compartment → cargo platform micro-drop → fork retraction
Retraction: The upper fork and the middle fork are retracted in sequence to restore the compact initial state
Three, the transmission mode (mainstream two)
Rack and pinion drive (preferred for heavy loads)
Advantages: strong rigidity, accurate positioning (± 1mm), high speed, long life, dust resistance
Applicable: 1~ 3 tons of pallets, high-speed three-dimensional warehouses, high-reliability scenarios
Chain sprocket drive (economical)
Advantages: low cost, low noise, easy maintenance
Applicable: ≤ 1 ton light load, material box/small piece, low speed warehouse
Material: Fork body 42CrMo high strength alloy steel, quenched and tempered + surface hardening treatment
Deflection: ≤ 1/1000 under full load (e.g. < 0.5mm under 1.5 tons load)
Protection class: IP54 (dustproof and waterproof, suitable for industrial environments)
Drive motor: servo motor/variable frequency motor, power 0.4~ 2.2kW
V. Core strengths
High efficiency: direct action, short cycle time, single deep bit access without redundant stroke
Good rigidity: three-section structure has small deflection, stable load, and is not easy to deform
