Heavy Duty Telescopic Fork

Heavy-duty telescopic forks are the core execution components of automated three-dimensional warehouses, stackers, AGVs, and other equipment. They are designed for automated access and handling of heavy materials from 5 tons to 50 tons. They are characterized by multi-stage telescopic, high-strength structure, high-precision transmission, and heavy-load stability.

Structural composition (three-stage/four-stage expansion)

  • Fixed fork (lower fork): base, rigidly connected to stacker/AGV, integral load

  • Middle fork (middle fork): linkage telescopic, transfer power, extend stroke

  • Telescopic fork (upper fork/front fork): directly lift the goods, with guide/limit at the front end

  • Transmission system: servo motor + gear reducer + large module gear rack (tooth backlash ≤ 0.1mm) or heavy-duty plate chain

  • Guidance system: heavy-duty linear guide/roller guide, reinforced support, anti-deflection guide groove

  • Safety system: overload protection, limit switch, broken chain detection, soft start and stop, anti-skid tooth surface

  • Carrying capacity: standard 5t/10t/15t/20t; custom up to 20t - 50t

  • Telescopic stroke: 1000 - 3000mm (can be lengthened without standard)

  • Telescopic speed: 0.5 - 1.2m/s (full load)

  • Single deep position (three-stage telescopic): access single row of shelves, standard travel, universal heavy load

  • Double deep position (four-stage telescopic): access to double row shelves, longer travel, higher space utilization

  • Clamp type/hook type: suitable for special materials such as steel coils, coils, special-shaped parts, molds, etc

  • Explosion-proof/high temperature resistant type: used in special environments such as metallurgy, chemical industry, and high-temperature storage

VII. Materials and processes

  • Fork body: high-strength alloy steel plate (Q690/Q460/42CrMo), welding + stress relief + quenching and tempering + quenching

  • Guide: heavy-duty linear guide (roller type), inlaid steel guide, quenched guide surface

  • Gear: hard tooth surface, grinding teeth, precision GB6 or above

  • Surface: anti-skid teeth, wear-resistant coating, anti-rust treatment
